You assume all responsibility for the use of this site and hereby waive all claims against Highlights for Children, Inc. ("HFC"), its officers, directors, employees, information suppliers, and programmers that may arise from the use of this site. If you do not agree with all of the provisions of these Term and Conditions, do not use this site.

2. These Terms and Conditions will be governed, interpreted, and construed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute regarding this site or regarding goods sold hereunder shall be prosecuted exclusively in courts located in Franklin County, Ohio and their respective appellate courts. If you use this site from other locations or countries, you are responsible for any and all applicable local laws.

3. By entering this site, you agree that any communications or material you transmit to HFC will not be treated as confidential information.

4. Any prices on this site are subject to change at any time with or without notice to you. Any order for goods under this site will be deemed a completed contract only when accepted by HFC in Columbus, Ohio. By paying for access, members will be upgraded to HighlightsKidsPlus.com. Use of HighlightsKidsPlus.com is granted to members in the form of a license to have unlimited access to the site. Paying members will only be required to pay once for this upgrade. The term of the license is indefinite under this current version of Terms and Conditions, but is subject to change without notice in the future.

5. All prices referenced on this site are listed in U.S. dollars. All orders will have shipping charges and sales taxes added, where applicable.

Access to this site is free to all magazine subscribers and anyone who has purchased a Highlights product or joined a club within the last 12 months.
